01Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to KedirToto. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "Member") and KedirToto ("Platform", "We", or "Company") regarding the use of the website, services, and all content available at kedirtoto.app.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the KedirToto platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes full acceptance of those changes.

KedirToto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain aware of the latest applicable terms.

02Account Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Citizenship Requirements

To register and use KedirToto's services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or lawful permanent resident in Malaysia.
• Not appear on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services by any relevant authority.
• Have no legal or contractual restrictions preventing you from entering into this Agreement.

2.2 Registration Process & KYC Verification

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. KedirToto conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our compliance procedures. Documents that may be requested include:

• A valid copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement) dated within the last 3 months.
• Additional documents as required by current compliance obligations.

Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure. KedirToto reserves the right to reject registration applications without providing a reason.

03User Account & Security

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account active at KedirToto. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Password Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. KedirToto recommends that you:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings.
• Not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Immediately notify the KedirToto support team if you suspect any unauthorised access.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

KedirToto accepts a range of legitimate and recognised payment methods to facilitate members' financial transactions:

• Online Bank Transfer: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, and others.
• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay.
• Instant Banking: FPX (Instant Payment System).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal of winnings at KedirToto is processed under the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit ("same source" principle).
• Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal request is approved.
• Standard processing time is under 5 minutes for e-wallet methods, and within 1 business day for bank transfers.

05Bonuses, Promotions, and Special Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers issued by KedirToto are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. General terms applicable to all bonuses include:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise stated.
• KedirToto reserves the right to forfeit any bonus found to have been obtained fraudulently or through system exploitation.

5.2 Bonus Expiry Date

Each bonus has a different validity period — typically between 7 and 30 days from the activation date. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not met within the validity period will expire automatically without compensation.

06Game Rules

KedirToto uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently audited by internationally accredited bodies to ensure all games are fair. Several key rules must be observed:

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed, unless there is clear documented evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, KedirToto will endeavour to restore the situation to a fair position based on server records.
• KedirToto is not liable for any losses resulting from an internet connection failure on the player's end.
• The use of any software, bots, or automated tools to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

07Prohibited Activities and Exclusions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KedirToto platform and may result in immediate action, including account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of more than one account by the same individual.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering through the platform.
• Use of a credit card, bank account, or payment method that does not belong to you.
• Manipulation or exploitation of bugs, errors, or glitches in the system.
• Threats, intimidation, or abusive language directed at staff or other players.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.

08Privacy and Data Protection

KedirToto is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Data we collect is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, payment processing, and legal compliance.

09Responsible Gaming

10Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KedirToto, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the KedirToto platform.
• Any technical failure, service disruption, or unplanned platform downtime.
• Game results that the player considers unsatisfactory.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any actions or conduct by third parties beyond KedirToto's control.

KedirToto's total liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that player within the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Account Termination and Suspension

KedirToto reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time and without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Activities suspected of fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Inability to verify a player's identity or age.
• Requests from relevant authorities.
• Reasonable commercial considerations by KedirToto.

Players may also close their account at any time by contacting the KedirToto support team. Any valid balance in the account (after deducting any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

12Terms Amendment and Applicable Law

12.1 Right to Amend

KedirToto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect, except for amendments required by law which may take effect immediately.

12.2 Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision shall be modified to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
